Job Overview

North light Theatre is hiring Patron Services Associates to enhance the patron experience through customer service that reflects North light’s brand and core values.

Reporting to the Patron Services Manager/Assistant Manager, you will be a primary Box Office employee responsible for processing ticket sales both over the counter and by phone. Hours vary seasonally; you must be available for a minimum of 15 hours per week during the run of productions. (Not eligible for tips.)

North light Theatre is a professional LORT D theatre that offers a 5‑play mainstage season, the Interplay new play development series, and a year‑round audience engagement and education program. For more information about the theatre, visit .

• Familiarity with ticketing CRMs, especially Spektrix.
• Friendly patron services demeanor and helpful attitude.
• Illinois Beverage Alcohol Sellers and Servers Education and Training (BASSET) certification and food handler training (fees and hours covered by North light Theatre).
• Skilled in basic Google Suite functions.

Position is in‑person at 1012 Church Street, Evanston, IL.
