Full‑time position at Rocky Mountain Care - Evanston

We are looking for registered nurses (RN) and licensed practical nurses (LPN) to join our team in a beautiful facility in Evanston, Wyoming. Shifts are available across all schedules, with differential pay for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing nursing care to residents in the unit
• Assessing resident needs and developing individual care plans
• Administering medications and treatments
• Supervising Certified Nursing Assistants and other staff in care delivery
• Ensuring compliance with all state and federal regulations

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN or LPN license in Wyoming
• Clinical assessment skills at the required level
• Ability to make independent, sound decisions
• Knowledge of nursing practices, medical procedures, laws, regulations, and guidelines for long‑term care
• Effective interpersonal and interdisciplinary teamwork skills
• Basic computer skills, including email
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Decision‑making and analytical abilities
• Positive attitude and desire to work with the aging population
