About the OpportunityHarding, Shymanski & Co., P.S.C. (), a leading public accounting and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Practice Senior Coordinator to join our Evansville office.
The Tax Practice Senior Coordinator is an experienced operational professional who brings both depth and independence to the Tax Practice function. Where a Tax Practice Coordinator handles defined processes under closer guidance, the Senior Coordinator owns their domain taking initiative, identifying problems before they elevate, and contributing to the improvement of the processes themselves.
This role works alongside Tax Practice Coordinators and reports to the Tax Practice Supervisor. It also serves as a resource for coordinators navigating complex situations, and may take on a limited mentoring role during high-volume periods. Senior Coordinators often develop a specialty area a particular service line, client segment, or workflow and become the go-to resource for that domain.
At HSC, we differentiate ourselves by embracing innovative technologies and integrated work models that enhance efficiency, collaboration, and the overall client and team member experience. Our Tax Practice Senior Coordinator plays a key role in leveraging these tools to deliver high-quality, forward-thinking solutions.
We offer a highly competitive compensation package that reflects the experience, skills, and value you bring, along with a comprehensive benefits program. In addition, you will have the opportunity to work on engaging, intellectually stimulating assignments in an environment that prioritizes continuous improvement, flexibility, and long-term career growth.
