Support the company's financial operations to ensure accurate financial reporting, manage cost accounting and inventory control processes, support process improvement initiatives, and overall company goals. and contributing to process improvements that enhance the efficiency of the Finance department. • Perform month-end closing tasks and prepare related journal entries, maintain reconciliations to the general ledger trial balance.
• Fixed asset management
• Day-to-day accounting of inventory transactions and monitoring of inventory levels.
• Intercompany Accounting
• Manufacturing - Cost Accounting
• Ensure accounting controls for AR/AP processes and manage Accounting Clerk
• Give recommendations for continuous improvement of processes and services to make efficient use of plant resources.

• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance or related field
• ERP proficiency
• 2-4 years' experience in accounting
• Manufacturing accounting experience preferred
