Customer Support Specialist (Administrative)
Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is looking for a dynamic, service-oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key point of contact for clients and staff, you'll play an essential role in delivering clear communication, resolving inquiries efficiently, and ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and care. In this full-time role, you'll help keep our operations running smoothly by reducing administrative workload, improving efficiency, and contributing to a positive experience for both clients and team members.
WorkSchedule
Monday - Friday, 7:30 a.m.

- Professionally screen all incoming calls and direct appropriately.
- Assist with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and cancellations.
- Provide a range of reception services with focus on customer service.
- Update the staff directory for the Resource Center.
- Update and distribute On-Call Calendar.
- Oversee the receipt, review, and appropriate handling of returned mail to ensure records are updated and follow-up actions are completed as needed.
- Verify client documents for Spear Assessment Center.
- Provide back-up for other support staff as needed.
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two years' relevant office experience required.
- Must be proficient in using a personal computer, multi-line phone system, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must display strong verbal and written communication skills, engaging interpersonal skills, good organizational and time management skills, and a positive, energetic attitude.
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance that meets the State of Indiana minimum coverage requirements.
