Your Career in OperationsReporting directly to the Operations/Branch Manager, you will work in a fast-paced, customer-first environment that values accuracy and professional growth. This role serves as a vital administrative hub within our Evansville branch, offering a front-row seat to the operations of a premier regional distributor.
Are You the Detail-Oriented Professional We Need?- Professional Communicator: Skilled in professional phone etiquette and effectively directing inquiries to the correct team members.
- Methodical Administrator: Dedicated to total accuracy when processing payments and capturing information within internal systems.

As a Sales Support Associate, you will be the driving force behind Operational Efficiency and Customer Satisfaction:
- Transactional Accuracy: Efficiently receive cash, check, and credit card payments while processing orders and pick tickets into invoices within the P21 system.
- Administrative Support: Provide essential assistance to the Branch and Operations Managers, including processing expense reports and managing office supplies.
- Workflow Management: Direct incoming calls and process customer inventory returns according to standard operating procedures.
- Data Integrity: Maintain precise customer and company records in P21 to ensure freedom from errors or omissions.
- Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in an office administrative position is preferred.
- Skills/Mastery: High School diploma or GED equivalent; proficiency with Microsoft Office Products and P21.
- Operational
Skills:
Ability to reconcile discrepancies swiftly and interpret complex forms such as packing slips and transfer receipts.
Leadership Traits: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain positive relations with both customers and fellow employees.
Requirements: Physically able to sit for up to 8 hours per day and use hands/wrists repetitively for data entry.
