Job Description

* We are seeking a dedicated Construction Administrator to join our team at a key project location, the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

* The role involves providing essential administrative and logistical support, ensuring smooth daily operations and compliance.

Responsibilities

* Provide essential administrative and logistical support.

* Manage project documentation and correspondence.

* Handle calls and maintain ongoing phone communication throughout the day.

* Coordinate meetings and track daily time.

* Prepare reports and process invoices/financials.

* Maintain both digital and physical records.

* Act as a crucial liaison for the Project Manager.

Essential Skills

* At least 1 year of experience, preferably in the construction industry.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Ability to prioritize and manage deadlines effectively.

* Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.

* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

* Adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Additional

Skills & Qualifications

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).

* Experience in administrative support, document control, and project coordination.

Work Environment

* The position is onsite at the Lake Mariner Data Center in Somerset, NY.

* The role requires effective use of the phone, handling calls throughout the day, and working closely with diverse personalities and communication styles.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Evansville, IN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
