* DESCRIPTION:
** As a
** Office Administrator
** at Frontier-Kemper, you will have the opportunity to serve as the central administrative hub for the office, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while providing critical support to our estimating, project management, accounting, and operations teams.
The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced heavy civil construction environment and demonstrates strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with professionalism and efficiency.

* Key Responsibilities:
*** Maintain a clean, organized, professional office environment, including reception and conference areas
* Coordinate meeting logistics, including room setup and basic hospitality
* Prepare and manage outgoing shipments and coordinate courier services
* Provide administrative support to estimating, project management, and accounting teams
* Assist with document preparation, scanning, filing, and electronic document management
* Support proposal efforts, including printing, binding, and organizing materials
* Monitor and maintain office supply inventory; coordinate with local vendors as needed
* Provide administrative support to HR and accounting functions, including onboarding documentation and internal routing
* Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
** Requirements:
*** High school diploma or GED required
* 2+ years of administrative or office support experience preferred
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
* Ability to prioritize tasks, manage interruptions, and meet deadlines
* Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
* Ability to exercise discretion when handling confidential information
* Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support multiple departments
** Work Environment &
Physical Requirements:
*** Primarily office-based role
* Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use
* Occasional lifting of packages or office supplies (up to approximately 25 lbs)
