- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Notify appropriate staff when visitors arrive.
- Receive and distribute mail, deliveries, and faxes.
- Maintain an organized and professional reception and waiting area.
- Provide general clerical and administrative support as assigned.
- Respond calmly and professionally to clients who may be experiencing distress.
- Assist departments with administrative tasks, special projects, and other organizational needs as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous receptionist, customer service, medical office, or administrative experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Professional verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic proficiency with computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Dependable attendance and punctuality are essential.
