Entry-Level Lube Technician Position Summary

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Entry-Level Lube Technician to join our service team. This role is responsible for performing routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, fluid checks, and basic inspections. • Perform oil changes and lubrication services on a variety of vehicles

• Check and top off essential fluids (coolant, brake fluid, transmission fluid, windshield washer fluid, etc.)

• Inspect and replace air filters and wiper blades as needed

• Conduct basic vehicle safety inspections

• Check tire pressure and perform tire rotations

• Maintain a clean and organized work area

• Follow all safety procedures and company policies

• Communicate findings and recommendations to service advisors or supervisors

• High school diploma or GED preferred

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment

• Previous automotive experience is a plus but not required

• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures

• Good communication skills
