Position Overview
Escalade's internship program offers a hands-on, fast-paced experience designed to provide real-world exposure across a variety of disciplines. Interns are treated as valued team members, contributing ideas, supporting meaningful projects, and gaining practical skills that translate directly into future careers. You'll be immersed in our culture, collaborate cross-functionally, and participate in company events along the way.

Key Responsibilities

• Support department projects and meet assigned deadlines
• Collaborate with team members and cross-functional partners
• Participate in department meetings and team initiatives
• Learn company systems, processes, and best practices
• Contribute fresh ideas and support continuous improvement

Required Experience

• Incoming Sophomore, Junior, or Senior
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude
• Self-motivated and eager to learn
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future visa sponsorship
