Position: Procurement Analyst I

As a Procurement Analyst I, you will play an important role in maintaining and optimizing our MMIS environment while gaining hands‑on experience in system operations, reporting, and cross‑functional initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the maintenance, monitoring, and troubleshooting of the MMIS system to ensure reliable daily operations
  • Manage system jobs, reporting processes, and user security with accuracy and attention to detail
  • Assist in developing and delivering training materials, lesson plans, and departmental learning initiatives
  • Maintain system interfaces and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support shared goals and process improvements
  • Participate in ongoing projects and initiatives that enhance system performance and user experience
What We’re Looking For
  • Associate’s degree (or equivalent) from a two‑year college or technical school required
  • Two years of experience in a healthcare clinical environment preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a willingness to learn new systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
  • Detail‑oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and process improvement
