Paving Foreman

This role is responsible for installing asphalt pavement and leading daily paving operations. The Foreman oversees the crew, equipment, and workflow to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage a paving crew and equipment for daily asphalt production
• Operate and understand automation on asphalt pavers
• Coordinate material, equipment, and crew scheduling
• Calculate asphalt quantities for each project
• Read and interpret blueprints
• Communicate effectively with crew members and leadership

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the asphalt paving field
• CDL license or willingness to obtain one
• OSHA 10 certification required, OSHA 30 preferred
• First Aid and CPR certification

Compensation:

Dependent on experience and qualifications
