CDM Smith is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to plan, direct, and manage all phases of Federal construction projects. You will oversee contractors, maintain safety and quality standards, and ensure adherence to FAR and client requirements.
The role requires strong communication with federal clients and project stakeholders, travel up to 100%, and mentorship of junior staff. A Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of related experience are required; CCM, PMP, or PMI‑CP certifications are preferred.
