Labeling Coordinator

We are seeking a Labeling Coordinator for a full-time role based in Evansville, IN.

This position requires strong written and verbal communication skills and a high level of attention to detail.

This role is based at our client’s corporate office located in Evansville, IN.

• File and maintain documentation for all projects
• Create artwork folders to assist graphic artist
• Schedule/oversee artwork review meetings with client
• Send proper materials to necessary review functions
• Provide digital art files as requested
• Enter artwork specifications into internal database
• Provide back-up support to proofreader
• Must have general knowledge of computers and software programs such as MS Office (Excel, Word), Adobe Acrobat, Outlook, Teams and Sharepoint
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where innovation and new ideas are strongly encouraged
• Knowledge of digital art formats such as Photoshop, Illustrator and In Design
• Must have good oral and written communication skills sufficient to provide routine information, answer inquiries
• Requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to solve problems related to duties of the job
• Working knowledge of online project management tools
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency

• Ability to work on site as needed
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience is preferred
