Customer Service Representative

Bootz has been manufacturing in Evansville since 1937 and is the largest producer of porcelain-on-steel bathtubs, shower bases, and sinks in the United States. Bootz is part of American Bath Group, a leading North American manufacturer of bath and shower products with facilities across the continent.

Bootz is hiring a Customer Service Representative to support our customers and internal teams with order processing, customer inquiries, and basic issue resolution. This is a hands-on, office-based role focused on accuracy, responsiveness, and clear communication. This position is ideal for someone who is dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Enter and manage customer orders accurately
• Conduct outbound calls to existing customers as needed
• Provide product and order information
• Assist with basic issue resolution and return requests
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation
• Perform filing and general administrative tasks
• Collaborate with internal teams to support a smooth customer experience
• Perform other related duties as assigned

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Attention to detail and basic computer proficiency
• Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel
• Prior customer service experience preferred (manufacturing or distribution a plus)
• Salesforce, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams experience is helpful, but not required

• Competitive hourly pay: $17–$20/hour
