Customer Service Representative

Overview

Polyram Compounds, LLC is seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves overseeing and optimizing all aspects of our relationships and correspondence with customers. The ideal candidate has a strong background in customer service, excellent problem‑solving skills, great communication, and the ability to effectively manage multiple relationships and priorities.

Full‑Time

• Be a Polyram representative with customers
• Take orders from customers
• Place orders into an ERP system
• Work with production planning on order dates and order confirmation
• Relay information between the customer and the plant
• Work with marketing and sales

• Previous experience in customer service
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent conflict resolution skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high‑quality results

Customer Service: 3 years (Required)

High School Diploma (Required). Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred)
