JOB DESCRIPTION
To provide an effective point of first contact to help those seeking representation, to provide information about our services and to ultimately refer or sign that person as a client of Woods & Woods, LLP.

Immediate response to all new intakes.This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
Work EnvironmentWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting.
Physical DemandsWhile performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands and fingers to handle, feel or operate objects, tools or controls, and to reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to stand, talk and hear.
Position Type / Expected Hours of WorkVeterans Benefits Intake Manager is a part-time position. Standard days and hours of work are Monday through Thursday, 8:30am-4:15pm. A total of 29 hours is worked per week.
TravelNo travel is expected for this position.
RequiredEducation and Experience
High School Diploma and customer service experience.
