Pro Medica Health System is seeking a Dental Call Center Specialist for HRI Dental to communicate with outside clients (dentists, members, agents and employer groups) for claim, enrollment and benefit service support.
You will direct clients to the website to verify enrollment, benefits and submit claims/pretreatments, and provide assistance and training for all web-based functions. Schedule is Monday–Friday 8am–5pm CST.
