This role involves monitoring, dispatching, and load balancing work orders for field personnel. The position serves as a key communication link between customer service representatives and field staff, responding to information requests and ensuring smooth operational flow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer telephones and perform call-ahead requests for field technicians.
• Receive and dispatch non-emergency work orders to support daily and emergency operations.
• Dispatch orders using a Mobile Data and Dispatching Solution.
• Monitor, route, and document work orders for service technicians and review backlogged work.
• Coordinate daily operational requirements between internal and external stakeholders.
• Resolve scheduling concerns among the call center, customers, and supervision.
• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and governmental agencies during emergency situations.

Required Qualifications:

• Education:
  
  Requires a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience:
  
  Requires 3 years of experience with SAP or a mobile data dispatching system. Alternatively, 3 years of experience in or supporting gas distribution operations or 3 years of equivalent dispatching experience is required.

Work Schedule:

The schedule consists of three 10-hour shifts and one 8-hour shift per week. The assigned shift will remain consistent and includes one rotating weekend shift. Available shifts include:

• Morning Shift: 05:00-16:00 (Sunday through Wednesday)
• Evening Shift: 12:00-22:00 (Wednesday through Saturday or Sunday through Wednesday)
• Day Shift: 10:00-18:00 (Monday through Friday with rotating weekends)
