Parts Customer Care Representative

• Answer and process incoming parts calls from customers and service technicians
• Pull orders, receive and put up stock
• Order parts and develop relationships with Crown factory and outside vendors
• Enhance customer retention by monitoring customer satisfaction with parts support and responding to customer concerns and requests
• Maintain direct contact with current and prospective customers
• Prepare customer quotes
• Process paperwork
• Perform inventory control, including cycle counts of stockroom, vans, and customer consignments

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and good driving record
• Good verbal communication, written communication, interpersonal, organizational, numerical perception, and computer skills
• Parts or inventory control experience preferred
• Lift truck industry experience preferred
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
• Temporary visa holders and individuals requiring current or future sponsorship are not eligible for hire

Demonstrates strong customer service skills by effectively managing parts calls, processing orders, and enhancing customer retention through proactive communication. Proficient in inventory control and maintaining relationships with vendors and customers.
