We are seeking a detail-oriented Dental Laboratory Processor Technician to join our team and support the fabrication of high-quality dental prosthetics and dentures . This entry-level position performs essential dental laboratory processing tasks, including pouring and trimming denture models, articulating dental cases, polishing dentures, and assisting with various stages of dental prosthetic production.

The Dental Laboratory Processor Technician supports dental technicians throughout the denture fabrication process by preparing models, articulating cases, polishing dental prosthetics, and completing other laboratory production tasks.

The successful candidate will be organized, dependable, mechanically inclined, and willing to learn and cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.

• Pour dental impressions into plaster to create accurate denture models .

• Trim and prepare plaster models for denture fabrication and further laboratory processing.

• Articulate dental cases according to established laboratory procedures.

• Polish dentures and dental prosthetics to meet laboratory quality standards.

• Assist with the preparation, processing, and finishing of dental prosthetics.

• Perform various dental laboratory processing duties as assigned.

• Maintain accuracy and attention to detail throughout all stages of laboratory production.

• Follow established OSHA protocols and dental laboratory safety procedures .

• Cross-train in multiple areas of the dental laboratory.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laboratory workspace.

• Work collaboratively with dental laboratory technicians and team members to complete cases accurately and efficiently.

• Meet established quality and production standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• 0–6 months of experience trimming and pouring denture models preferred.

• Previous plaster bench experience preferred .

• Prior dental laboratory, dental assisting, manufacturing, production, or other hands-on technical experience is a plus, but not required.

• Experience working with dental models or prosthetic materials is beneficial.

• Confident and comfortable working with your hands.

• Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity .

• Mechanical ability and/or artistic ability.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced dental laboratory environment .

• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.

• Highly organized and able to manage multiple laboratory tasks.

• Dependable, motivated, and willing to learn new dental laboratory techniques.

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and established laboratory procedures.

• Understanding of OSHA protocols and laboratory safety practices .

• Willingness to cross-train in all areas of the dental laboratory.

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
