• Lead healthcare architecture projects from concept through construction.

• Build and strengthen long-term client relationships based on trust and collaboration.

• Mentor and support a talented team of architects and designers across multiple offices.

• Guide project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure design excellence.

• Represent the firm in client and stakeholder meetings.

• Help grow our healthcare portfolio in the region.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare codes and coordinate with regulatory agencies.

• Licensed Architect (NAAB-accredited degree) with 9+ years of experience
  , including 5+ in healthcare design
  .

• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Indiana.

• Track record of leading projects, managing teams, and cultivating client relationships.

• Strong communicator, highly organized, and collaborative by nature.

• Proficiency in Revit/AutoCAD a plus;
  Microsoft Office/Adobe required.

• Passion for healthcare design and an interest in sustainability (LEED or WELL AP preferred).

• Salary up to $120K (plus sign-on bonus & relocation assistance)
