Required Skills:

• MD or DO Medical Degree from an accredited institution
• Active and unrestricted Medical License in Indiana
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in inpatient obstetric care
• Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse clinical scenarios

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with hospital-based OB services
• Familiarity with electronic medical records systems
• Basic life support (BLS) and neonatal resuscitation program (NRP) certifications
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited university
• At least 2 years of post-residency clinical experience in obstetrics
• Prior locum or coverage experience is advantageous

Other Requirements:

• Flexible availability starting from December 31, 2025
• Travel and lodging reimbursements where applicable
• Licensure, certification, and other professional reimbursements
• Ability to adapt to hospital protocols and maintain high standards of patient safety
