Team of 5 experienced Physicians & 5 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) who collaborate closely with you to deliver the best care.
Dedicated team of 4 pharmacists who assist in medication management and patient education.
2 Registered Dietitians available to enhance patient education, support lifestyle changes, and improve health outcomes.
Metabolic education sessions for patients to manage chronic conditions and improve quality of life.
Established physician referral network and strong specialty support.
State-of-the-art facilities with Epic EMR for seamless care coordination.

Guaranteed salary of $325,000 (1-year guarantee) Above average for the region
Productivity bonuses in addition to your base salary, rewarding you for your hard work.
$36,000 sign-on bonus to help you relocate and settle into your new role.
$2,000/month fellowship stipend to support continuing education and professional growth.
