We are seeking a dedicated and experienced OB Hospitalist to provide exceptional care within a dynamic hospital setting. This vital role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes while enjoying flexible scheduling and competitive compensation. As a key member of our medical team, you will deliver high-quality obstetric care and support maternal health initiatives in Evansville, IN.

Required Skills:

• Valid medical license in Indiana
• Board certification or eligibility in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Proven experience in obstetric inpatient care and hospital-based obstetrics
• Strong communication, teamwork, and decision-making skills
• Ability to work independently and handle high-acuity cases effectively

Nice to Have

Skills:

• Experience in high-risk obstetrics
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• CPR and NRP certifications
• Previous locum or temporary physician experience

Preferred

Education and Experience:

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience
• Previous work as an OB Hospitalist or in a hospitalist setting highly preferred

Other Requirements:

• Coverage begins on December 31, 2025
• Ability to obtain and maintain medical licensure and hospital privileges in Indiana
• Willingness to travel as needed and comply with all facility-specific policies
• Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care
