Assistant Professor of Physics

The University of Evansville invites applications for a tenure-track faculty position in Physics. Expected teaching duties include delivering high-quality instruction in both introductory and advanced undergraduate physics courses, establishing and maintaining an active research program that engages undergraduate students, and participation in departmental, college, and university service activities, including committee work and student advising. We are also looking for faculty who can contribute to the development of new, interesting course and program development discussions associated with our Physics program.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will have a strong commitment to undergraduate teaching and will maintain an active research program driven by undergraduate students. A completed Ph.D. in physics is required and prior teaching experience is a plus.
