What You'll Do:
You'll be more than a coach, you'll be a leader, strategist, and champion for student success. With a focus on education and outcomes, you will oversee and support a team of life coaches while directly impacting student performance, retention, and post-secondary success.

Job Type: Full-Time Salaried Non-Exempt Salary: $47,000

Schedule:

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Lead with

    Purpose:

    Oversee, train, evaluate, and support life coaches while fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and student-centered success.
  • Drive Student Outcomes:
    Monitor enrollment, balance caseloads, and implement strategies to improve retention, academic achievement, and graduation rates.
  • Leverage Data for Impact:
    Analyze student and staff performance data to set goals, inform decisions, and design targeted interventions.
  • Collaborate Across Teams:
    Partner with academic and administrative leaders to align coaching strategies with school-wide goals and standards.
  • Strengthen Systems & Processes:
    Establish and refine procedures for tracking student success, conducting evaluations, and improving coaching effectiveness.
  • Support Growth & Engagement:
    Contribute to recruitment, outreach, staff development, and maintain a student caseload to directly impact learner success.

What You'll Bring:

  • Education & Expertise:
    Bachelor's degree preferred in psychology, human relations, social work, rehabilitation counseling, education, or a related field. Working knowledge of the Indiana Academic Standards, Common Core State Standards, and 21st Century Skills and knowledge of disciplinary literacy.
  • Student-Centered Mindset:
    Commitment to a strengths-based approach that builds meaningful relationships while maintaining professional boundaries.

    Skills:

    Ability to deliver constructive, unbiased feedback and foster an environment of trust and growth.
  • Analytical Thinking:
    Skilled in interpreting data, identifying challenges, and implementing effective, solution-oriented strategies.
  • Collaborative Spirit:
    Proven ability to build strong partnerships across teams and with external stakeholders to support student success.
  • Equity & Inclusion Focus:
    Experience working with diverse populations, especially individuals facing barriers to education.
  • Strong Communication:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including presenting and facilitating training.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Working knowledge of G Suite, MS Office, and student information systems.
  • Flexible & Committed:
    Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as needed.
  • Background Requirements:
    Must pass an expanded criminal history check.
