  • Specialty Teaching:
Deliver undergraduate courses within your specific area of expertise (e.g., Forensic Psychology, Cognitive Psychology, etc.) to enhance the department's elective offerings.
  • Program Support:
Actively contribute to the success of the BS and PsyD programs through curriculum development, student advising, and committee service.
  • Mentorship:
Guide students through research projects and professional development, fostering a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
  • Campus Engagement:
Participate in departmental meetings, university service, and the vibrant life of a private, student-centered institution.

Required Qualifications

An earned doctorate (PhD or PsyD) in psychology or a related field by August 15, 2026.
  • Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in research methods and statistical data analysis is required.
  • Instructional Style: A commitment to high-quality, in-person teaching and student engagement.
  • Experience:

Priority will be given to candidates with a demonstrated track record of success in teaching statistics.

Preferred Attributes

  • Specialty Alignment:
Interest in Forensic or Cognitive Psychology is highly desirable, though all specialty areas will be considered.
  • Collaborative Spirit:
The ability to work across both undergraduate and doctoral cohorts to provide a seamless educational experience.
