The Department of Communication and Media invites applicants for part‑time lecturer positions to teach CMST 101:
Introduction to Public Speaking and CMST 107:
Introduction to Interpersonal Communication.
Lecturers will prepare lesson plans, deliver instruction, assess student performance, and provide timely feedback.
Required Knowledge and Skills- Minimum of a master’s degree in communication, or a master’s degree in a different academic area with at least eighteen (18) graduate credit hours of communication coursework.
- For media production courses, a master’s degree in communication, mass communication, or journalism, or a master’s degree in a different academic area with at least eighteen (18) graduate credit hours of communication coursework, or at least five years of professional experience related to the specific area of teaching.
Part‑time, non‑exempt. Salary is based on the Lecturer Pay Schedule.
A background check will be required for employment. The university will not sponsor an employment‑related visa.
