Technology Coordinator (Holy Rosary - Evansville, IN

Position: Technology Coordinator (Holy Rosary - Evansville, IN)
Seeking a candidate who is excited about opportunities in STEM and technology for students, would like to work in a new STEM lab space, enjoys collaborating with peers, desires to inspire students to create, problem solve, and think critically in a supportive Catholic Christian environment.

Responsibilities include by are not limited to the following:

* Teach K-8 STEM/Technology classes.

* Participate in professional development in STEM and implement curriculum for STEM and Technology as needed.

* Teach digital literacy, citizenship, coding, and AI skills.

* Collaborate with classroom teachers across the curriculum.

* Support and train faculty and staff.

* Troubleshoot devices and classroom technology.

* Manage accounts, devices, and software.

* Maintain technology inventory and equipment.

* Support testing and school technology needs.

* Promote safe and responsible technology use.

Qualifications:

* Desire to work in a new STEM lab and collaborate with trainers and peers to implement new curriculum K-8

Bachelor's degree preferred.

* K-8 teaching experience preferred.

* Strong technology and troubleshooting skills. Willingness to learn new programs and platforms as needed.

* Knowledge of educational technology tools.

* Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365.

* Knowledge of digital safety and data privacy.

* Familiarity with coding, STEM, robotics, and AI.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Excellent organization and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to balance teaching and technology support.
