Pearce Services is seeking an Advanced Solar Field Service Technician (Operations and Maintenance) to perform O&M at solar sites near Evansville, Indiana. You will handle preventative and corrective maintenance of solar equipment, document work, and ensure safety and professionalism at all times.
We require 2+ years in solar O&M, strong mechanical/electrical skills, and the ability to train others. Travel up to 25% and a potential company vehicle or stipends may be provided.
