• Maintain a friendly atmosphere and provide product information while answering guest inquiries.
• Handle cash transactions and troubleshoot minor operational issues with equipment.
• Assist with repairs and maintenance of arcade games, prize machines, ride platforms, and other equipment.
• Assist guests with amusement games and prize selection, and stock claw‑style games and the redemption center.
• Monitor and enforce safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for all guests.
• Maintain a clean and orderly area around the assigned location.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Experience in equipment maintenance is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule, which may include weekends and holidays.
• Professional attitude in a fast-paced environment.
