Provide after hours and weekend supervision of the
C. K. Newsome Community Center. Maintains accurate records of program/event attendance. Greet visitors and answers questions they may have regarding programs and facilities. Ensures compliance with rules and regulations. Corresponds issues/concerns through written, verbal, and electronic communication. Assists Building Authority staff with event set-up as needed. Perform daily janitorial duties which include: sweeping floors, trash pick-up, and restocking restrooms with supplies.
Responsible for locking/unlocking entry doors and setting alarm system. Promptly responding to emergency situations and assisting authorities with appropriate care and or calling EMS if needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Must be 18 years or older. High school diploma or equivalent and have strong communication skills. Be dependable, professional, and hospitable.
