** Pay Range:** $142,000 - $212,000
What's the Job?
+ Lead site budgeting and forecasting processes aligned with production and operational needs
+ Monitor factory costs and performance, identifying gaps and improvement opportunities
+ Drive monthly financial reviews and track KPIs such as OEE, cost per unit, and productivity
+ Own Cap Ex processes including business cases, tracking, and ROI analysis
+ Partner cross-functionally to provide financial insights and support decision-making
** What's Needed?*
* + 10-15 years of finance experience, including 2-3 years in a manufacturing/plant environment
+ Degree in Accounting or Finance (MBA, CPA, or CA preferred)
+ Strong knowledge of IFRS, accounting standards, and internal controls
+
Experience with financial reporting, FP&A, and cost accounting in manufacturing
+ Proven ability to influence stakeholders and work cross-functionally
