As a Senior
Wealth Advisor
, your passion for helping others comes to life in identifying and reaching your client’s wealth goals and objectives through a comprehensive understanding of their estate, income, tax, philanthropic and other planning needs. In this role, you will collaborate with our team to develop business, manage relationships with clients, professional advisors (namely attorneys and accountants), and other key players, and lead sales efforts.
You will support your clients with financial counsel, guiding them through financial management in the many stages of their lives, and so much more.
- A Day in the Life – Your focus will be consulting with and advising your clients (individuals, corporations and not-for-profits) in meeting their current and future financial goals. You will determine the client’s wants, tailoring a strategy that utilizes the appropriate financial products and services to bring those wants to life, while maintaining the appropriate amount of risk for the client’s unique needs.
An essential element of your role will be to develop new relationships and business, as well as maintain and grow existing relationships and business, through your active engagement within the community, collaboration with banking and non-banking partners, and strategic partnerships with various centers of influence.
- Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor
- Ability to travel as needed
- Proven ability to generate new business revenue
- Knowledge of Estate Planning, Financial Planning, Investments, and Fiduciary Management
- 15+ years’ experience in wealth management
- Experience in and willingness to provide training, coaching, and guidance to junior team members
- Ability to: communicate effectively as an expert in the wealth management field (written and verbally). Writes and reviews articles for internal and external publications and is interviewed for articles in trade and general publications and other media.
- Ability to deliver in-market educational presentations to internal and external audiences (prospects, clients, and professional advisors)
