Southwestern Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a strategic and results-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial operations and support our mission-driven healthcare organization. Reporting directly to the President/CEO, the CFO is a key member of the executive leadership team and plays a vital role in shaping the organization’s financial strategy, sustainability, and growth.

What You’ll Do Executive Leadership Partner with executive leadership to establish organizational strategy and long-term vision

Serve as an active member of the leadership team and represent the organization in the community

Support board-level decision making through financial insights and reporting

Financial Strategy & Operations Oversee all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, patient billing, auditing, and tax compliance

Lead financial planning and provide analysis of financial stability, liquidity, and growth

Manage cash flow, forecasting models, and benchmarking tools

Team & Stakeholder Management Lead and develop accounting and patient financial services team members

Collaborate across departments to ensure financial needs are met Maintain relationships with agencies, auditors, lenders, and vendors

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field7+ years of leadership experience, preferably in healthcare

Strong analytical and financial modeling skillsCPA or Master’s degree preferred
