• Guide clients through the mortgage process with clear communication.
• Leverage in‑house marketing resources to support outreach and brand visibility.
• Achieve production goals while maintaining compliance and risk standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs.
• Collaborate with operations team to ensure seamless processing.

• Proactive networker with a growing referral base.
• Minimum 3–5 self‑sourced loans per month.
• Strong self‑motivation and attention to detail.
• Commitment to continuous learning.
• BA/BS or 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in retail residential mortgages.
• Track record with purchase and refinance loans.
• Strong relationships with local referral networks.
• Active NMLS license required.
• Passion for home ownership as a catalyst for life transformation.
