We are partnering with a privately held real estate investment platform that is scaling thoughtfully and seeking a proven capital markets leader to originate, structure, and execute equity capital raises aligned with long-term strategy.

• Lead equity capital raising efforts from origination through close
• Build and expand trusted relationships with family offices, high-net-worth individuals, RIAs, and aligned private investors
• Craft and deliver compelling investor narratives that clearly communicate vision, growth, and value creation
• Partner closely with executive leadership to align capital strategy with business objectives
• Own investor communications, materials, and ongoing relationship management

• You have a demonstrated track record raising private equity within real estate or adjacent investment platforms
• Your investor network is built on credibility, trust, and long-term relationships
• You can translate sophisticated financial strategy into a clear, compelling story
• You are entrepreneurial, self-directed, and comfortable with accountability and visibility
