Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

A large client of HR Solutions is seeking a Chief Financial Officer located in the Evansville, IN area. The Chief Financial Officer will be responsible for leading the company’s financial strategy, planning, and operations while supporting overall business growth and profitability. This position oversees accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and internal controls.

• Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Oversee accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, margins, inventory, and operational performance.
• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.
• Ensure compliance with applicable financial, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage banking relationships, audits, insurance, and financial risk.
• Lead and develop the finance and accounting team.
• Establish and monitor financial controls, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Partner with operations and leadership to improve efficiency, profitability, and long-term growth.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Previous experience in a large industrial environment is strongly preferred, particularly experience with cost accounting, inventory management, production economics, and operational financial analysis.
• Significant financial leadership experience is required.
