Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Residential Programs Manager to join our team of professionals. This leadership role oversees the supervision, training, and coordination of staff and services within our Addiction Residential Programs, ensuring high-quality care and effective program operations

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?
- Supervise and coordinate the overall operation of the Addiction Residential and Transitional Residential Program.
- Assist with the coordination of necessary staff coverage and appropriate staff training. This includes provision of shift coverage as necessary and appropriate.
- Participate in staff recruitment, interviewing, hiring, training, supervision and performance assessment.
- Assure staff adherence to Southwestern policies and procedures including chart maintenance, health and safety requirements, food preparation procedures, and handling, and client medications.
- Plan and supervise completion of program activities and responsibilities by assigning (or delegating) duties to staff, as appropriate.
- Maintain adequate inventory of food and household supplies for Transitional Residential Program.
- Serve as an active contributing member of the Addiction Services leadership team.
- Maintain data for on-going program evaluation and improvement.
- Commit to annual professional and skills development opportunities.
- Advocate on behalf of individuals with primary substance use disorders
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and respond to psychiatric crisis situations.
- Commit to the values of the Southwestern Leadership team.
- Collaborate with medical staff to ensure high quality medical care for clients.
- Develop and sustain relationships with other providers in the community to provide for on-going client needs.
- Participate in weekly on call rotation for programs.
WHAT'S REQUIRED FOR THIS POSITION?
- Must hold a Bachelor's degree in a human service related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working with those with primary substance use disorders.
- Leadership experience preferred.
- Must hold or obtain valid driver's license.
