Deaconess - 1419 West Lloyd Expressway - Responsibilities:
Charge, bill, follow-up, refund, and post insurance and self-pay accounts for Hospital Billing, Professional Billing, and Comp Center Billing;
Resolve patient inquiries pertaining to billing and insurance filing processes;
Work with patients and third party payors to obtain payment on delinquent accounts;
Maintain accounts receivable goals developed by the department;
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate billing procedures
