Human Resources Generalist

The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies. They will work alongside regional supervisors, company leaders, and the human resources department acting as a strategic partner, ensuring that the organization has the right people in place, with the right skills and environment to achieve its business objectives.

• Consult with HR Manager to determine hiring needs
• Creating and posting engaging job descriptions on various platforms
• Develop and implement recruitment strategies
• Sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking
• Screen applications and resumes to shortlist candidates
• Explain the benefits, company policies and specifications of the job to the applicant
• Hiring the most qualified applicants
• Assist with scheduling locators for training classes and start dates
• Assist with onboarding, orientation, and hiring paperwork
• Ensuring the company complies with all relevant labor laws and regulations
• Driving and supporting the implementation of the company's attendance management initiatives and projects
• Minimizing legal and reputational risks related to HR practices.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
• Supporting the Company's employee engagement initiatives along with exit interviews

• A degree or relevant experience in business, human resources, communication or similar field of study
