Job SummarySupporting the Network Engineering and Operations team with data analytics, visual reporting, and workflow automation using Power BI, Grafana, and Jira. Responsibilities include reporting on network performance, equipment capacity, KPIs, and SLAs, and managing project intake and prioritization across departments.

- Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL, Power BI, Grafana, and Oracle databases
- Create and troubleshoot data models, reports, and visualizations for performance and accuracy
- Develop and manage automated workflows using Microsoft Power Apps and Power Automate
- Collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and industry partners to gather and validate reporting requirements
- Build proof-of-concept dashboards and determine long-term ownership between Network and IT teams
- Support network automation initiatives using Python, JSON, and Itential
- Document technical solutions for users and peer developers to ensure consistency and support
- Propose and implement cost-effective solutions that improve efficiency and output quality
- Develop ROI-based business cases to support leadership decisions and IT collaboration
- Track project progress and tasks using Jira, providing clear and timely updates
- Assist Network Team members with existing and new Jira project management workflows and automations
- Travel to Evansville IN a minimum of once a year if remote
- All other duties as assigned
- Bachelor’s degree, and 5 years equivalent job experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics/reporting
- Telecom Service Provider knowledge is a plus to aid requirement gathering process
- Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Proficiency with MS Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
- Ability to create executive level Power Point presentations
- Experience with network monitoring software such as Unified Assurance, Solarwinds, Kentik is a plus
- Familiarity with Network Element Management Systems (i.e. Nokia AMS, Adtran AOE/MCP, Nokia NSP, Calix CMS, etc) is a plus
