One Main is hiring Tech Support Specialists to join our One Support team, an internal help desk that provides technical and account support to One Main team members. Candidates should have a strong customer‑service focus and a willingness to learn financial and technical skills. A comprehensive 10‑week training program is provided, offering excellent opportunities for career growth and development.
Responsibilities- Password Administration and Chat Support
- Supporting customer applications, account servicing, and branch balancing
- Basic technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, network infrastructure, iPads, remote access, mobile devices, and email
- Assisting other departments with their responsibilities and business needs
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Aptitude for critical thinking and problem solving
- Capability to multitask
- Open minded toward change and a dynamic workplace
- Flexible and adaptable customer service mindset
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- HS Diploma or GED
During the 10‑week training course, hours will be 8AM – 5PM. After training, the schedule is:
Mon – Fri shifts: 7AM – 4PM, 8AM – 5PM, 9AM – 6PM, 10AM – 7PM, 11AM – 8PM, 12PM – 9PM. Saturday shift: 7:00AM – 3:30PM (one Saturday per month with a day off).
