Job Description :
A. Development Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using Box REST APIs and SDKs
- Build integrations between Box and enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, IAM)
- Implement authentication using OAuth 2.0 / JWT
- Create metadata templates, workflow automations, and custom UI components
- Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards
- Perform code reviews and ensure best practices are followed
- Provide L2/L3 production support for Box integrations and applications
- Troubleshoot API errors, permission issues, and performance bottlenecks
- Analyze logs, webhooks, and API responses for issue resolution
- Manage incident, problem, and change requests
- Coordinate with Box Support for escalations
- Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive fixes
- with 3 years of experience, overall 8 years experience.
- Sharepoint or Service now experience is nice to have.
