Liberty FCU, a full-service credit union, is currently seeking a Technology Specialist to join our IT Team at 4401 Theater Drive, Evansville, IN. This role provides hands-on technical support for enterprise systems, including hardware, software, and user support across multiple locations. Duties

and Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for desktop hardware, software, and peripherals
  • Troubleshoot and resolve help desk issues in a Microsoft-based environment
  • Configure, deploy, and support Windows PCs, printers, and related equipment
  • Support Microsoft Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Office 365
  • Assist with Active Directory and phone system administration
  • Deploy and support multiple machines across multiple locations
  • Track and maintain IT hardware inventory using approved systems
  • Coordinate with vendors to ensure quality service and on-time delivery
  • Travel to remote locations for setup and technical support as needed
  • Follow strict data security, documentation, and compliance requirements
  • Maintain current knowledge of technology and recommend improvements
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in IT or related field preferred (Bachelor’s degree a plus), or equivalent experience
  • Strong troubleshooting skills for enterprise hardware and software
  • Experience supporting Windows environments and Office 365
  • Basic knowledge of Active Directory preferred
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work evenings and weekends when required
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and deployment methods
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft, or Cisco are desirable
