Overview

TEKsystems is in need of a service desk analyst to support our client based out of Evansville, Indiana. The position is based onsite supporting end-users within the company.
The role is part of a growing internal support team responsible for delivering high-quality IT support services to a large and evolving user base. The organization is transitioning support services in-house, creating opportunities for growth and career development within the IT support structure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for end users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical issues, including system access, software functionality, and hardware concerns
  • Log, track, and manage support requests through a ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution and communication
  • Assist users with account access requests, password resets, and general system inquiries
  • Support issues related to enterprise applications and ongoing system changes or migrations
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed
  • Deliver excellent customer service while supporting a diverse user population
Work Environment & Schedule
  • Onsite role with a collaborative team environment and direct access to leadership support
  • Position conducted during standard weekday business hours
Qualifications
  • Experience in a help desk or service desk environment, or a strong interest in developing technical support skills
  • Exposure to enterprise-level IT environments is preferred
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced setting
  • Comfort working onsite in a team-oriented environment

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract position based out of Evansville, IN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr.
