Designer Software Technology Leader

The Designer Software Technology Leader provides division-level leadership for BIM standards, software workflows, model coordination, and document management platforms while also supporting project execution on selected large and medium-sized projects. This role connects strategy and delivery by helping the Evansville team use BIM tools consistently, improve collaboration across disciplines, and apply practical technology solutions during design and construction administration.

This role is vital to the continued development of technology platforms for Salas O'Brien in Evansville, IN. The position will help the division evaluate and improve its tools, establish consistent workflows, and add value to projects through improved productivity, coordination, and quality.
