A company is looking for a Litigation Attorney in California.

Key Responsibilities Manage all aspects of civil litigation, including researching legal issues, drafting motions, and preparing for trials Communicate directly with clients to advise on litigation risks and manage cases from start to finish Develop a business plan and identify at least one anchor client to build a litigation practice

Required Qualifications At least seven years of experience at a national or regional law firm or in-house with a reputable company Graduated from a top-tier law school or demonstrated an excellent reputation in the industry Experience in managing civil litigation on the defense side Ability to develop client relationships and a clear business development plan Interest in autonomy over practice while collaborating with other attorneys
